- Curt Chanda, ‘His Name Is
Wonderful... The Significance of God’s Name in The Old Testament for
Mission’
Int’l Jl of Frontier Missions,
Vol. 9, 4 Oct 1992. Curt Chanda denotes in his
article very clearly and well-founded that it was God's intention that His
glorious Name יהוה (YHWH / IAUA / YaHUaH) would
become known and called upon by all people on the entire earth, and that the
enthusiasm of His people about Him and His Name would be contagious to other
peoples. This was the intention of His ways with the pariarchs and the people
of Israel, so that all nations would know and praise His glorious Name.
